The Individual Lot Integrity option is used to confirm that the lots commitments on open transactions equal the committed lot balances for individually lot costed items. If the lot commitments for the open transactions do not equal the committed lot balances, two reports will print.
The system will run the analysis. If any integrity issues are found command options will appear, allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
The first report will list the transaction details of the item and lot that does not have a corresponding lot commitment. The second report will list the details of the lots that do not have a corresponding transaction commitment. The command
Before sending the reports to the Net•Yield support department, try running the Committed Inventory Integrity to see whether the same issues are reported and re-synchronize the open commitments. Re-run the Individual Lot Integrity – if the system still finds an issue, send the reports to the Net•Yield support department.
